CMT is currently UDOT's analytical laboratory for the analysis of traffic paints.

CMT Engineering Labs provides a wide range of analytical services to test a paints durability, strength and composition.  Using certified ASTM methods to test for the Percent content of Pigments (D-3723), Volatile and Nonvolatile vehicles (D-2369), the Viscosity (D-562), Density (D-1475)  and No-Track Dry time (D-711). The paint lab also employs FTIR spectral analysis for the specific needs of our clients.
