DATA MANAGEMENT

CMT uses a custom laboratory operating system that is a Microsoft FoxPro relational database. This system is designed to establish unique data and billing information by project. Project reports from the project location, lab, or office can be entered into the main office fileserver, validated using a report check feature, released for distribution to parties on the distribution list each night via fax of Email (PDF. file). Other attributes of the system are:

• Decrease in time receiving reports
• Invoicing by project
• No mixing of data
• Rapid access all current data
