CMT Engineering Laboratories has been devoted to quality assurance of projects since its inception by its owner Craig A. Cartwright founder of C.A. Cartwright Consulting Engineers 1978. CMT was operated as a dba until 2003 when it was separately incorporated under the same ownership.
